Cat published her debut book This Thread of Gold to critical acclaim through Dialogue Books as their super lead non-fiction title in 2023.
It will be published in the USA in 2024 by Penguin Random House’s Tiny Reparations Books.

Her debut screenplay, Fifty-Four Days premiered at BAFTA qualifying British Urban Film Festival in December 2022, where it took home the award for Best Short Film, and has won multiple awards since its release.
Her next short To My Daughter starring Gugu Mbatha-Raw was exclusively announced in Variety, was awarded an ‘Honourable Mention’ by Jodie Whittaker and Primetime’s Empower Fund, and is in pre-production with Emmy® winning and BAFTA nominated Lupus Films.
She is currently working on her debut TV series, female-led thriller The Primes, the feature length version of Fifty-Four Days, a TV mini-series on Black womanhood, her second non-fiction book and her debut novel.
