Cat is a gender expert for the United Nations.

She is currently leading the design and development of a gender equality, sport and mental health project for teenage girls, a joint initiative between the Premier League, United Nations and Sport Relief.

Cat also works freelance on a number of gender equality projects. She is currently designing Sister Like Me, a leadership and empowerment programme for Black women in collaboration with Race Council Cymru. She speaks regularly on panels, at events and in the media.
